Biography


Kelvin is a Research Scientist at Google, where he works on low-level vision and multimodal content generation. He earned his B.Sc. and B.Eng. degrees from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and his M.Phil. degree in Mathematics from the same university. He then went on to receive his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where he was supervised by Prof. Chen Change Loy at MMLab@NTU. He was awarded the NTU SCSE Outstanding PhD Thesis Award in 2023 for his research on low-level vision. He is a recipient of the Google PhD Fellowship in 2021.
