Kelvin is a fourth-year Ph.D. student at MMLab@NTU under the supervision of Prof. Chen Change Loy. Before joining NTU, He received his M.Phil. degree in Mathematics as well as his B.Sc. and B.Eng. degrees from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His current research interest focuses on low-level vision, especially on image and video restoration.
